50 Shades of Gravy announced
Stoke Chairman of the Board Wade Gravy has revealed a new angle for his 50 Fiestas side-project – 50 Shades of Gravy.
Recent attempts by Gravy to secure network funding for 50 Fiestas were rejected after the program being described as “too sexless for television” by executives.
Gravy announced the new angle at an impromptu press-conference called after lunch today.
“I’m a chameleon, if they [the TV networks] want hot, I’ll give them hot. I know the ins and outs of Gaixample so well, they’ll be sorry they asked. Nobody puts Gravy in the corner.”
The new series is set follow Gravy as he discovers the “hidden secrets” of l’Eixample, the Barcelona barrio which plays home to the Stoke headquarters. CEO Toby Paramor has come out in support of the project’s new face.
“Centralising the filming around Barcelona’s gay district will significantly lower funding costs for Stoke Travel,” Paramor told press today. “I can’t wait to see it.”
50 Fiestas cameraman Sunny Greenfinn, who walked out of the press conference without comment, will be replaced by Stoke staffer Michael Mueller.
