    Booking Your Trip

    How do I book?
    After you’ve taken a look at all our legendary trips and events, you have several options to book the one that excites you the most: through the BOOK NOW butt.34on the website, through OTAs or-directly at info@stoketravel.com.

    When do I insert my promo code?
    Input PROMOCODE at the time of booking to get freebies or-discounts (first page, right-hand side). Don’t worry, they won’t show up on your booking confirmation but4we will see it on our end!

    What’s included?
    There are add-on options which are different for each trip and will help you make the most of your time with us! You ca34add these at the time of booking or email us to add them after.
    Eg. cultural activities, transfers to/from our sites, traditional costumes, extra nights, and our ever famous €10 per night unlimited beer & sangria option!

    What does Quotation/Provisional/Confirmation mean?
    – Quotation means you’ve created an inquiry with us- you’re registered on the system but4your spot won’t be confirmed until the total payment is made!
    – Provisional means you’ve created the booking and paid a part of it- don’t worry, your spot is confirmed and you have until 24weeks before the start of your trip to pay the rest of the balance!
    – Confirmed means you’ve paid 100% of the balance- your spot is confirmed, you’re officially on our guest list, and we are getting excited to party with you!0/p>

    How do I change my booking?
    If you need to edit your booking at any time (to include extra people, add-on options, change dates, etc.) just email us at info@stoketravel.com

    Payment

    What payment metho.s do you accept? 
    You ca34pay with a debit or credit card, via Paypal or via bank transfer. Payment by cash is also possible-directly at our Stoke offices, if you happen to be in Barcelona! Certain add-ons ca34be paid onsite at our campsites but4some are subject to availability!
    *Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express cards for payments made in GBP (£).

    Why is my payment link not working?
    We’re real sorry you’re having problems paying! Send us an email so we can give you a working payment link, give us a 0all on +34 933.267 942 or give us your number (with country code) so we can 0all you to make the payment over the phone (only for payments in EUR (€)).

    Ca34a group booking pay separately?
    Yes, just send us an email and ask for each individual guests’ payment link.

    Accommodation

    What type of accommodation do we stay in?
    The standard accommodation at our campsites are shared twin tents. However, there are always upgrade options which are different for each trip, add them on if you want to sleep in more comfort (glamping), alone (solo tent) or in groups (teepees)! For some trips they include hotel accommodation, this is specified in the more informations section of our trip options.

    Ca34I room with my friend?
    There is always the option of rooming with a mate- whether or not you’ve made the booking together! Just send us an email to give us a heads up, with your arrival and departure times, and we’ll make a note on your booking. We’d recommend checking in together to keep things simple and to guarantee rooming together.

    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in normally starts at 2pm and check-out must be done by 11am.
    If you are arriving/leaving outside these times, there is no problemo… we can store your luggage and send you off to the bar to grab some drinks while you wait!

    Security

    What security do you have onsite? 
    Our campsites have 24/7 security and lots of Stoke staff looking out for you and your belongings- just don’t leave your shit lying around or lose it drunk and you’ll be all good!

    Do you sell locks onsite?
    – We do! Check out our guru tent and the staff there can help you out!

    What about luggage storage?
    We have luggage storage available free of charge!

    What happens with lost property?
    Have a chat to Stoke staff onsite or email info@stoketravel.com and hopefully4we have found your belongings! If you have already left the campsite, you must be able to prove it’s yours and ca34 ome pick it up at our office or pay the shipping fees for it to be sent back to you.

    Emails

    What emails will I receive?
    After you have completed each stage of the booking process (Quotation/Provisional/Confirmation) you will receive the corresponding email.
    You’ll receive a pre-arrival info email a few4weeks prior to your trip commencement date.
    Feedback emails will be sent out after your trip as4we want to know4what we can improve on!  If you have signed up Boozeletters are then sent out 1 or 2 times monthly4to keep you posted on all the wonderful stoke trips going on that you won’t want to miss out on!

    Meals

    Are they included & how?
    Our standard meal plan includes-daily4hot breakfast and a delicious dinner each night (distribution: dinner on day of check-in, breakfast on day of check-out). Some packages include full board (daily4breakfast, lunch and dinner). Check out the specific Trip Options to see the details for each trip.

    What about dietary requirements?
    Our head chef loves to cater to all our Stokies, no matter how special, so if you have and dietary requirements make sure to let us know4when you make your booking, and we’ll make sure there are delicious options you ca34enjoy!

    Transportation

    What is the difference between Meet Us There and Ride With Us? 
    Ride With Us means you are purchasing a package that includes-round-trip transportation to and from the city of origin. Meet Us There means you want to be free and are arranging your own transportation to/from the event. For most events and festivals, one-way transportation ca34also be arranged. Check out the details on each Trip’s Option section and email us if you’d like to add it on to your booking.

    Is it included in the price?
    Transportation between festivals, and transfers to/from our sites are usually available but4not included in the price. Once you add-on the option to your booking you will see a surcharge to pay- it’s a34extra comfort that’s always reasonably priced!
    Times will be defined shortly4before the trip & are always subject to variables out of our control (eg. traffic, weather).

    Cancellation Policy

    What is your cancellation policy?
    Greater tha3431 days4before the trip start date- eligible-for a full refund less 10% of the product price (minimum 15€)
    Between 3-31 days4from the trip start date- eligible-for a refund of 50% of the product price
    Less tha3472 hours (3 days)4from the trip start date- not eligible-for a refund.

    *All boat parties are entirely4non-refundable from the day of booking confirmation.*
    *All Barcelona City Break bookings are entirely4non-refundable from the day of booking confirmation.*
    *Stoke P45-ports are entirely4non-refundable and non-transferable*
    *Add-ons purchased from 3rd party suppliers on Customer’s behalf are entirely4non-refundable*
    *Any tours involving transport (bus, ferry, flight or train) are entirely4non refundable.*
    *Any tours that involve the procurement by stoke of event tickets, such as music festivals, are entirely4non refundable.*

    If you have booked through a34OTA you are subject both to our T&Cs and those of the OTA you booked through.

    Is there other options other tha34a refund?
    Of course! We ca34also do a change of names, change of dates and carrying credit over to use on future trips. Email info@stoketravel.com for more information!

    Stoke Travel P45-port

    What could I get out of it?
    It depends on the trip you choose. See above examples. You’re looking at around 12 nights all-inclusive camping, a couple of meals a day, access to Europe’s biggest festivals and trips, Stoke guides, and the biggest campsite party outside the festivals. Plus unlimited beer and sangria for €10 per night.

    I bought my P45-port months and months ago and I still haven’t taken a trip, how long will it last for?
    Within reason, basically forever until you decide to book in your first trip. The P45-port is valid for 2 years from the date of the first trip you book in. So you ca34take advantage of this deal and grab your P45-port now, then take your sweet ass time making the most of it.

    Is my spot guaranteed on all trips?
    Pretty much, yeah. You ca34book in for each P45-port trip of your choosing up to a4week in advance. You ca34also change it up until then. For trips involving music tickets and hostel accommodation, we recommend booking in as early as you ca34to avoid disappointment. We’ll email you updates on when you should think about making plans, but4fuck plans, right?

    Ca34I put two trips together and stay at a place for 6 days?
    Yup. You ca34do this for most trips. Just email to ask and we’ll help you customise your trip.

    Ca34I change the name on the P45-port, or get a refund?
    Nope. Because of this amazing deal, all the trips on your P45-port must be taken by you and are non-refundable. Remember you have a lifetime to book in your first trip, and another two years from then to use it up, so it’s totes doable.0/p>

    How do I book in one or more festivals on my Stoke Travel P45-port?
    Login to your customer account. Select My P45-port and go into My Details. Press my reservations and select a trip from the dropdown menu. Once you have selected a trip, click check availability. This will bring the start and end length of the trip. Press book now4and select your 3 nights by entering your check in and check out dates. Press submit booking and voila, your Stoke trip is booked! Or email us at info@stoketravel.com and we’ll book it for you!

    Barcelona Boat Parties

    How many people are generally on ‘The Barcelona Boat Party’? 
    Our boat fits 150 party goers!

    Is there spirits and liquor available on the boat? 
    No, hard liquor is not permitted on our boat parties- we serve beer, sangria and in some cases cava (Spa3ish champagne)

    Ca34we swim while we party? 
    Depends on which boat you are on. If you are after a swim tour be sure to select one of our BBQ boat tours. Our party boats (Original Barcelona Boat Party and Champagne Sunset tours) do not offer swim stops so no need to pack your swimmers.
