Hey hot stuff, we’ve got our plate pretty full with cultivating some unhinged, once-in-a-lifetime events – so we’re looking for some help to make sure everyone knows about them, knows about us, and know that they can’t miss this shit!

That’s why we’re looking to build our creative team, with opportunities for content creators, videographers and photographers, on an in-house basis in Barcelona, as well as guest residencies on-site. Whether you’re available for a a few key days on one of our festival sites, a brief stint at our surf house, or are available all season all the way through till the end of Oktoberfest – if we like what you’re doing, we’ll find a way to make it work!

We’re after a creator, that is keen to grow as a Social Media Marketer with a brand that tests the limits, get right into the thick of some chaos on-site, as well as be the face and voice of it and effectively share the Stoke with some ratbag-ish charm. You’ll be having the time of your life, collaborating with some absolute legends to make some magic, and help us spread the Stoke far and wide across our digital channels! Essentially, a personality hire with some internet savviness to them.

We’re also after videographers and photographers, that can identify opportunity (or otherwise cultivate it), aren’t afraid to get in the splash zone, and capture the full-send action, candid connections, and overall insanity of our rolling circus of weirdos on the road. There’s no shortage of stuff happening on site that’ll make you do a double take – will you capture it?

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A creative, internet-literate weapon, who has their finger on the pulse with memes, pop culture, trends – as well as audience and competitor behaviour
• On the job, you’re not afraid to get amongst the chaos and grab every opportunity for capturing content!
• Most importantly – we need a creator that understands the Stoke Travel brand and voice, isn’t scared to be the face of it, and can amplify our key values of being outrageous, inclusive, and essential with a ratbag-ish charm to our audience and beyond.
• We need someone who is available through until the end of our season (end of Oktoberfest), and reckons they can take on the responsibilities below…

WHAT’S YOUR GIG GONNA LOOK LIKE?

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, and stories.
• Be involved in the creation, execution, and maintenance of Meta ads, alongside our Digital Marketing Specialist
• Manage online relationships by engaging with the online community through comments and DMs (one thing still to be determined is if influencer outreach and relationship management is something we want to include in this role).
• Work out of Stoke Towers, our Barcelona-based penthouse office with a view of the Sagrada Familia, and receive on-the-job training and mentorship from an industry professional on the science of content creation and algorithmic wizardry
• Live in Barcelona, with a bed in our Stoke House dorm style accommodation
• Opportunity to attend Stoke Travel events and experiences including Barcelona Boat Parties, Wine Tastings, Sangria and Salsa, San Vino Wine Fight, San Fermin, our Surf Houses, and Oktoberfest
