Hunt For The #UltimateFestHacks
Here at Stoke we think we know a thing or two about festivals and #UltimateFestHacks
In fact, it’s hard to remember what it felt like to be a virgin… of festivals that is… *cough cough. If we try hard enough we can just about manage it, though. What to pack, what to wear, how to stick to a budget, how not to get too drunk… how to handle the aftermath of getting too drunk… so many questions before you even arrive. At that time we wish we had the #UltimateFestHacks!
Whether you’re new to the scene or have a few festivals under your belt, we know that diving into a gathering of thousands of revelers for the weekend, whilst amazingly exhilarating can seem more than a little daunting at the same time. That’s why we were chuffed when our creative director and editor of Stokepedia, Lisa Parsons, was invited to put her festival know-how to good use to judge The Festival Survival Blogger Challenge for Maximise Weekends.
Lisa’s festival experience stretches across Rio Carnival, Fruhlingsfest, BBK Live, Batalla del Vino, Running of the Bulls, La Tomatina and the glorious Oktoberfest, but even with her wealth of festival experience she’s got a difficult task ahead.
Bloggers have been busy sharing their #UltimateFestHacks, and Lisa now has to use all her festival savvy to select the blog post with the most creative tips and handy secrets for festival survival. Check out the entries below and watch this space for Maximise’s Ultimate Festival Survival Guide, which will pull together all the best tips from our lovely blogger friends – just in time for your 2016 festival season.
We’d love to hear your festival survival hacks too. Share below or tweet with #UltimateFestHacks and we’ll pick up your suggestions.
