San Vino, le festival de combat de vin a lieu du 26 au 30 juin 2025
San Vino, aka la bataille des vins de Haro, aka le combat de vin d’Espagne, à lieu le 29 juin tous les ans dans la ville de Haro, La Rioja. Le combat se déroule parmi les meilleurs cépages de vin rouge du monde, où depuis des siècles les locaux et les touristes ont célébré cette tradition en se jetant du vin les uns sur les autres.
Stoke Travel est la première agence de voyage à avoir fait le voyage jusqu’à Haro pour le combat de vin et est le camping de qualité de San Vino, avec notre pack camping « tout inclus », notre open bar, des dégustations de fromages et vins locaux à votre arrivée et un max de fun car vous serez avec des voyageurs du monde entier et avec le même état d’esprit.

Le Combat de Vin est appelé La Batalla de Vino de Haro par les locaux, c’est une excellente occasion de visiter l’une des meilleures régions de vins rouge au monde et de partir après avoir été imbibé de la tête aux pieds de jus de raisin qui n’est pas à la hauteur des standards de la région ( ne vous inquiétez pas, ce n’est pas du gâchis).
Les packs « tout inclus » de Stoke Travel comprennent une entrée pour le combat, votre séjour dans une tente confortable avec des matelas et sacs de couchage, un open bar avec bières, vins et sangria ouvert de 10h à 22h, un délicieux brunch avec buffet et mimosa à volonté tous les jours, des guides Stoke Travel pour vous montrer où et comment se battre, une dégustation de bienvenue de vins et fromages et pleins de vin rouge à jeter.
Qu’est-ce que le combat de vin de haro ?
L’origine de la célébration remonte à une dispute territoriale centenaire entre HAro et Miranda de Ebro, qui aau fil des années c’est transformée en combat de vin (si vous voulez en savoir plus, c’est ici). Aujourd’hui, la dispute a été résolue mais la bataille de vin est toujours là, des locaux jeunes et plus âgés viennent de Haro et des régions avoisinantes pour se battre entre eux et avec les visiteurs. La bataille a lieu sur une colline d’où l’on voit les vignobles de La Rioja, les combattants utilisent des seaux, des pistolets à eau et tout autre appareil permettant transporter et lancer du vin. Et ne vous inquiétez pas, amoureux du vin, ce n’est pas du gâchis ! Il s’agit du vin qui n’était pas assez bon pour être mis en bouteille et quand la bataille est finies, les rivières de vin redescendent la montagne et vont irriguer les vignobles pour les fertiliser. Le combat de vin est une fête espagnole prometteuse et une que vous devez absolument faire si vous aimez le vin, que vous êtes un grand fêtard ou que vous aimiez les expériences de voyages uniques.

Camping au combat de vin de san vino
Le camping Stoke Travel pour San Vino et l’endroit parfait pour faire la fête et se préparer pour le combat de vin – aussi pour se laver après la bataille en plongeant dans la piscine. Situé près d’une rivière aux pieds de la colline où la bataille à lieu, entouré de vignobles, le camping est l’endroit où vous dormirez dans des tentes prémontées, où vous mangerez un délicieux brunch à volonté et où vous ferez la fête avec des centaines de voyageurs internationaux avec le même état d’esprit. Vous pourrez également profiter d’un open bar de bières et sangria.

A partir de 11h – Arrivée au camping pour faire votre enregistrement
20h – 22h – dégustation de fromages et vins locaux
22h – tard dans la nuit – La fête bat son plein en ville, nounous y rendons pour faire la tournée des bars, écouter de la musique, danser avec toute la ville et nous immerger dans la culture festive espagnole.

28 juin
10h – 12h – Le brunch est servit avec mimosas à volonté
Toute la journée – Détendez vous près de la piscine, explorez le village, visitez des caves parmi les meilleures au monde, mangez dans l’un des nombreux restaurants du coin ou buvez un verre au bar – incluant ceux du camping également
20h30 – Soirée de préchauffe puis nous allons en ville pour faire la fête avec les locaux

29 juin
6h – 7h30 – Petit déjeuner rapide fait de snacks à emporter puis rendez-vous au bus
Vrs 8h – Prenez le bus, marchez jusqu’au sommet de la colline et participez à la bataille de vin
Après-midi – Détendez-vous, prenez une douche pour enlever tout le vin avant de profiter de notre open bar bières et sangria.
12h – 14h – Mimosa à volonté et brunch chaud servis au camping!
Après-midi – Fêtes énorme au camping qui continue ensuite dans le centre ville.

30 juin
10h – 12h – Brunch à volonté au camping
Minuit – Continuez avec les vibes Stoke Travel en allant dans notre Surf house à Saint-Sébastien ou en profitant de notre Barcelona City Break.
Haro, La Rioja
La Rioja est la première région faisant du vin en Espagne, elle compte près de 500 vignobles et est prohce de Bilbao. Si vous avez été assez chanceux pour avoir une bouteille de vin de La Rioja en main, vous saurez de quoi on parle ! La bataille de vin se déroule dans un vignoble sur une colline juste en dehors du village de Haro, que nous rejoignons en marchant depuis le camping.
Si vous choisissez de combiner le festival de San Vino avec un séjour dans notre surf house de Saint-Sébastien, il ne s’agit que d’un trajet de 2h30 en car durant lequel vous chanterez tout en buvant du vin. Si vous le combiner avec un séjour à Barcelone sur la Costa Brava par exemple, alors le voyage est un peu plus long mais cela ne signifie que plus de vins et de chanson.

comment vous y rendre
Prenez un de nos bus depuis Madrid, Barcelone ou Saint-Sébastien le 28 juin ou retrouvez-nous directement à Haro. Regardez sur Omio pour comparer les trajets et les prix des avions, trains ou bus. Si vous prenez l’avion, atterrissez soit à Bilbao soit à Biarritz. Depuis Bilbao, il y a des bus réguliers jusqu’à Saint-Sébastien . Depuis Biarritz, vous pouvez prendre un train SNCF jusqu’à Hendaye, changez ensuite de train en vous rendant à une station Euskotren (juste à l’extérieur de la sation SNCF) et prenez un Euskotren jusqu’à Saint-Sébastien. Chaque trajet de train dure environ 30-40 minutes, et le coût total est inférieur à 10€. Un service de car est aussi disponible entre l’aéroport de Biarritz et la station de train de Hendaye, via un changement à Saint-Jean-De6Luz. Le trajet en car dure moins d’1h et coûte environ 4€. Une fois à Saint-Sébastien, vous pouvez rejoindre Haro en train ou en bus.

First, we’re hitting our San Vino party campsite in Spain, where we stay up all night before we soak ourselves silly in the middle of a full-on wine fight in the mountains of La Rioja. Thousands of litres of red wine, flying through the air with zero regard for your outfit or dignity. By 10am, you’ll be drenched purple, slurring your words, and have a vendetta against a 70 year old Spanish woman with a weed sprayer.
Then we’re off to our San Sebastián Surf House, where it’s surf, sun, and beers in hand as you chill with a sick crowd who’ll make you feel right at home. We surf all day and we party all night. We hike the hills behind the house and stumble through the San Sebastian old town streets. For certified shred dawgs and beachbums alike, a few days in our secluded animal house is the perfect intermission for your holiday of benders.
Finally, we’ll wrap up this absolute shitshow with the opening weekend of San Fermin (Running of the Bulls) in Pamplona. Experience city wide fiestas, before the most terrifying five minutes of your life, with angry bulls charging you down narrow streets. Recover from the near-death experiences at our campsite with live music, DJs, a dip in the pool, and even more partying , you’ll get so pissed you forget you nearly died that morning. It’ll be the most epic, idiotic experience you probably shouldn’t tell your grandkids about.

I went to San Vino with Stoke Travel last year and it was the best festival I have ever been to! The Stoke campsite is within walking distance to the street parties, which go all night, and it has a pool! We partied with the locals and got an authentic Spanish Fiesta experience. The festival itself was incredible! Stoke has buses going right up to the where the Wine Fight begins and then you can spend as long as you like there. I would definitely recommend this festival and Stoke Travel to anyone.
